One of the common issues in project management is slow communication, and another can be delay in starting the project. If the delay is a problem from your side, then you should take quick steps to start the project. Another problem might crop up if you try to manage all the projects in similar way, as different projects have different circumstances as well as requirements.

How to tackle issues

There can be many issues in project management, but you have to make effort to resolve them and focus on your productivity. However, if you give too much time in resolving the issues, then this can affect your productivity and quality as well. For getting out of such issues when managing a project, you should schedule more time in testing the projects from the very beginning, as this will save time and effort in the time to come. Secondly, if the issues are because of clients that constantly want to tweak you, then you should be clear about what you should do and what you should not do.
