Whatever preparation you do in the beginning of a project, you should still be ready to face a project management issue, as issues can come up any time. There are many issues, which can prevent a project to complete successfully. However, if you have proper system of issue management at place, then getting out of issues will not be a very big deal. Some of the issues are very serious and had to be dealt with immediately, and some issues can be postponed for some days.
